Among our more prominent projects is our recent cutting of multiple full-size “Mets” logos for the new Citi Field. Consisting of 125 individual pieces measuring up to 26.00” in diameter, the logos were part of a larger project to provide custom fencing, gateways, and archways for the Citi Field stadium. The complete work order was performed directly from the customer’s prepared designs for the logo pieces.

The parts were formed from high quality materials on our high precision TRUMPF laser cutting system. This advanced cutting tool was easily able to hold the required dimensional tolerances of ±0.010.” Each piece was cut from 1/4” thick hot-rolled, pickled, and oiled A36 steel. All completed pieces were checked for accuracy and quality by visual inspection and dimensional checking.

Through our outstanding skills in precision cutting of complex designs, we were able to furnish this volume project with a lead time of one week. The customer was very pleased with our work, and we are currently their best supplier of waterjet and laser cutting parts.
