Our abrasive waterjet cutting systems allow for minimalized part stress, diminished material costs, reduction or elimination of secondary procedures, and smooth finish edges. We have experience performing small and large volume contract work, as well as specialty and prototyping projects.
Waterjet cutting is capable of cutting nearly any metal or nonmetal material, including inconel and other super alloys. A full list of supported materials is available in the table below. Our dynamic waterjet system is a 2-axis configuration able to cut areas up to 157″ long and 78″ wide. Material thicknesses may be as thin as .002″ or as thick as 9″. Level 5 edge quality and tolerances as precise as ±0.002″ are also possible.
Our waterjet cutting systems are very time efficient, offering the quickest turnarounds possible. Lead times are typically one week; for special situations emergency and rush services are available. We pay strong attention to all customer orders individually, working closely to ensure the final product is accurate and of high quality.
